Affiliate Programs That Pay

Hello and congratulations for wanting an affiliate programs that pay!  The act of typing in that phrase into the search engines says to me that you are looking for either one or more ways of making money online.  You essentially are offering to share your abilities and resources to promote another company’s product.  So, that is to be commended.

The aim of a company that offer an affiliate program is to make money without additional costs to marketing; usually to people who are already paying for those services.  Who better to sell their affiliate programs that pay than those who own their products?  It’s a win-win situation for you and the company.

When you find affiliate programs that pay, what do you believe is your offer?  Have you established a presence on the internet that has a strong attraction of people?  Perhaps you have a large subscriber list?  You could be what I described above, a customer who can recommend the product casually to people over time.

Affiliate Programs that Pay.  The Pioneer!

If you are starting from scratch, you need to pay close attention to what I am about to teach you.  In order to make money using affiliate programs, you must learn how to generate traffic to you or a brand you create!  You will need tools and a method to attract people to your message and provide them a reason why they need what it is you are selling.  This can get very costly without knowledgeable people that can teach you the “how to” of good marketing.  Consider carefully your time frame of earning money, your abilities to promote and the historical success rate of the method.

Affiliate Programs that Pay.  Types of Programs.

  • The Single Sale.  There are a lot of products that you can sell on the market that are sold once and the customer is gone.  Like physical books, pictures, electronic books (ebooks), clothes…etc.  The list is too numerous.
  • The Recurring Sale.  This is a popular method.  You establish your sale with the customer and the company codes that customer to you forever.  You need to remain an affiliate member in good standing.  Simple.  The pitfall is that the customer may not purchase often. So you need a large customer base to make a regular flow of income.
  • The Trade-off.  This is when you establish a membership with a service that you are paying a monthly fee.  Get a set number of referrals and you will get a free membership for life.  You need to keep that set number of paying customers active.  Additional referrals will get you extra money or services.
  • The Passive Residual.  This is by far the most desired method.  Similar to the recurring sale.  The customer must buy every month to maintain their standing.  This is popular with MLM companies.  The motto here, you need to own the product and be a paying customer also to qualify.

Affiliate Programs that Pay.  Commissions

The payment to you for your efforts can be as little as 3% to as much as 100% of the cost of the product.  Yes.  I did not make a mistake.  There is one company out there as of the writing of this article that pays out 100% of the cost of the product sold!
